During his appointment, Collin appeared "so happy" to be back home with his father and sister Hannah, who as RadarOnline.com reported, lives full-time with Jon.

"Oh my god. His smile. Honestly, his smile was unbelievable," Eric gushed, adding that Collin appeared to be in good physical health.

"He lost a lot of weight from the last picture I saw of him that Jon showed me. He looks really, really good."

As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, Jon has filed for full custody of the teen, who a source said suffers from "anger issues."

According to court records viewed by RadarOnline.com, Jon and his attorney filed papers on October 24 in Pennsylvania court, claiming it's in the child's best interest to live with his father upon his release from treatment.

Jon's ex-wife Kate has been fighting Jon over custody of their eight kids since their very nasty spit in 2009. Most recently, RadarOnline.com learned she tried to reverse a judge's court order from earlier this year.
