Jon Gosselin is finally speaking out about his court victory against his ex-wife Kate — and he's not happy the mother of his eight children skipped out on a hearing over custody of their troubled teen son, RadarOnline.com can report.

As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, Jon, 41, won temporary custody of Collin, 14, in Pennsylvania court on December 4. Though she was expected to appear, Kate, 43, never showed up to the hearing.

RadarOnline.com also first reported that Jon has had full custody of daughter Hannah, also 14, since earlier this year.

"I'm excited to have a male around," he told Us. "I'm constantly surrounded by 14-year-old girls!"

"He wanted to live with me," he added of his son. "Hannah wants her brother to come home!"
