She's Back! Heather Locklear Released From Rehab For Holidays After Latest Meltdown

Heather Locklear has gotten out of rehab just in time for Christmas, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.
The troubled actress, 57, was spotted shopping with her 56-year-old boyfriend Chris Heisser.
Locklear had been in treatment following an infamous drunken breakdown and subsequent 5150 hold in November.
However, a source told RadarOnline.com, "she is out of rehab — for now — to spend time with family for the holidays."
The star was spotted with contractor Heisser at the Westlake Promenade on Saturday, December 22, the source added: "They seemed to be enjoying themselves, grabbing a bite to eat and shopping."
The former Melrose Place star was expected to remain in treatment over the holidays, but it looks like her doctors greenlit the release instead.
A source previously told RadarOnline.com that Locklear would be held through the season because "she obviously needs more help."
According to the insider, "Everyone wants her to get better, no matter how long it takes, where she's not a risk to herself or anyone else."
Locklear previously left rehab in October to celebrate her daughter Ava's 21st birthday. However, her friends worried it was too soon.
Meanwhile, Locklear is still facing charges for assaulting a police officer and a paramedic when they attended a disturbance at her home in June – which could result in jail time.
