One of the first letters the Colorado killer Chris Watts will receive in his new Wisconsin prison is coming from none other than a bankruptcy attorney — informing him that he has a few weeks to pack his bags before they hawk off his home to the highest bidder — RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.
“Notice is hereby given that I will at public auction on Wednesday April 17, 2019, sell to the highest and best bidder for cash,” the letter writes.
According to the document obtained by RadarOnline.com, the original principal amount of the home is $392,709.00 and the outstanding principal balance was $349, 938.09

According to neighbors, Shanann Watts’ family removed her belongings from the home – but left the demented monster’s items inside!
“He will most certainly not be transported back to Colorado to obtain his belongings,” a staff member at the Colorado Office of the Attorney General told RadarOnline.com. “If there are belongings, he would have to arrange to have his family pick them up. He can’t just go home – he’s in jail for murder.”
RadarOnline.com previously reported that Shanann expressed her concerns to two girlfriends about leaving the murderer – noting that their assets were in his name.
Chris Watts – who had multiple mistresses – strangled his wife and two daughters Bella, 4, and Celeste, 3, in their beds inside their Colorado home before dumping the children in a local oil tank and burying Shanann in a shallow grave nearby.
He is currently serving multiple life sentences in a Wisconsin maximum-security penitentiary.
