Bachelor star Amanda Stanton's battery charge against her boyfriend Bobby Jacobs has been dismissed, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Stanton was arrested in connection to a boozy brawl with Jacobs last month at a Las Vegas hotel.
Clark County District Attorney’s Office confirmed to RadarOnline.com that the case was dismissed on Wednesday December 12, 2018.
The reality star and her boyfriend traveled from Los Angeles to Las Vegas this week in order to attend her court hearing.
The mom of two was charged in October with one county of “battery constituting domestic violence,” and was scheduled to appear back in a Las Vegas court on Dec. 12.
Stanton pleaded not guilty to the charges the Clerk of Court confirmed to RadarOnline.com.
According to a police report obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com, police responded to a fight between Stanton and Jacobs at a hotel on Sept. 10 at about 3:15 a.m.
In the report, law enforcement officials said a “physical altercation” took place in the hotel room “where it was alleged that Stanton battered her boyfriend.”

Amid hours of arguing, “Stanton took the room phone and swung it at Jacobs, hitting him in the body,” a responding officer claimed.
“When Stanton and Jacobs started fighting again, Stanton tried to kick Jacobs, causing her to fall.”
She was promptly arrested, and taken into custody.
In a statement, her rep told RadarOnline.com she was “embarrassed and ashamed” by her behavior, and the couple has stayed together through the legal ordeal.
