Prosecutors officially charged Bachelor star Amanda Stanton with battery in connection to a fight with boyfriend Bobby Jacobs last month at a Las Vegas hotel, RadarOnline.com can report exclusively.
Clark County District Attorney’s Office officials told Radar that the reality mom of two was charged with one county of “battery constituting domestic violence,” and is scheduled to appear back in a Las Vegas court on Dec. 12.
Stanton pleaded not guilty to the charges the Clerk of Court confirmed to Radar.
According to a police report obtained exclusively by Radar, police responded to a fight between Stanton and Jacobs at a hotel on Sept. 10 at about 3:15 a.m.
In the report, law enforcement officials said a “physical altercation” took place in the hotel room "where it was alleged that Stanton battered her boyfriend.”
Amid hours of arguing, "Stanton took the room phone and swung it at Jacobs, hitting him in the body," a responding officer claimed.
“When Stanton and Jacobs started fighting again, Stanton tried to kick Jacobs, causing her to fall.”
She was promptly arrested, and taken into custody.
In a statement, her rep told Radar she was "embarrassed and ashamed" by her behavior, and the couple has stayed together through the legal ordeal.
