Welcome To My Nightmare? Alice Cooper Lives With His Mother!

Shock rock singer Alice Cooper has admitted he lives with his mother!
But the "Welcome to My Nightmare" singer, 70, is happy with the odd arrangement because Ella Mae Furnier is a tiger mom and won't let anyone mess with her boy.
Cooper told The Observer, "My mother lives with me. She's a tiger. She's 95 and is my biggest fan. If you say anything bad about Alice Cooper, she'll be on top of you. I was lucky to get the parents I did."
Cooper also wrote, "The first thing I ever remember was my mother changing me at a bus stop. I was so embarrassed. Of course, I was 14 at the time. I jest. I was probably about two years old."
The "School's Out" singer, known for years of bizarre concert antics, such as being tied up in a mock straight jacket, is known for his candor, and he also took a shot at politicized musicians in his article.
Cooper noted, "I don't like to mix politics and rock'n'roll. I don't look at Bono, Sting and Bruce Springsteen as political. I look at them as being humanitarian. I'll contribute to anything humanitarian. Helping people who can't help themselves. But when musicians are telling people who to vote for, I think that's an abuse of power. You're telling your fans not to think for themselves, just to think like you. Rock'n'roll is about freedom – and that's not freedom."
The veteran star, who plays with Johnny Depp and Joe Perry in Hollywood Vampires, wants his stage show to be an escape for fans.
Cooper, who said he was involved in a bizarre incident with Elvis Presley in 1971, grew up in church and his folks worried about him getting into a rock and roll lifestyle.
But Cooper beat his alcohol addiction and now says, "My health is fantastic."
He spends lots of time playing golf—and hanging out with his devoted mom!
