Eric Rosenbrook’s fiancée Leida has threatened to leave him because he pays “thousands” in child support. She even suggested he give up his parental rights to make her a top priority! Now, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal how much the 90 Day Fiancé star pays per month.

In court papers obtained from Juneau County Circuit Court in Wisconsin, Eric's now-ex-wife Tania filed for divorce from Eric on September 21, 2015, claiming the marriage was “irretrievably broken.” They were married on July 5, 1997.

Both parties gave up their right to receive spousal support.

Eric was ordered to pay $700 in debt, while Tania was ordered to pay $428.

The couple shares two daughters under the age of 17 and one daughter 18 or older. They agreed to joint legal custody of the minor children, while Tania received primary custody.

Eric was ordered to pay $867 a month for his two minor daughters to begin on February 1, 2016.

Then on August 22, 2017, Eric filed a stipulation to change child support because one of his daughters is no longer eligible for child support, as she has reached the age of 18.

Child support for Eric, who had a monthly income of $4,333.33 at the time, was lowered to $736.67 per month.

On 90 Day Fiancé, Leida complained she and her son from a previous marriage are not his priority because he pays child support to his youngest daughter.

When he was unable to afford a lavish wedding and new furniture, she threatened divorce if he refused to give up his parental rights.

Leida kicked his second daughter Tasha out of the apartment because she wanted her son to have his own room.

In an incident report obtained from Baraboo Police Department, Eric and Leida filed a harassment report against Tasha for comments she made on social media on December 5, 2018. Then on December 6, Tasha went to the police department to press charges against them for harassment and defamation.

The officer advised her that they are entitled to freedom of speech. Although the criteria for defamation was possibly met, he advised her that she is just as guilty of defamation as Eric and Leida.

Eric’s ex-wife Tania then asked police about their younger daughter, who has appeared on the series.

“She stated there are no court documents on custody and that there is an arrangement with Eric as far as placement with the other child verbally,” the report claimed. “Tania said that her other child does not want to go stay with Eric anymore because Leida belittles the child and makes fun of her.”

The officer advised her that because there is no court paperwork in place, she does not have to allow her daughter to go with Eric. Eric would have to take her to court for visitation.
