Megyn Kelly looks like she doesn't have a care in the world as she marks her 48th birthday this weekend. As RadarOnline.com readers know, Kelly recently got the axe from NBC after her offensive on-camera comments defending blackface. But the fired NBC Today Show With Megyn Kelly star is shaking off the humiliation and has been on a round of celebrations with her BFFs ahead of her birthday today, Sunday, November 18.

On Thursday, Kelly had a two hour lunch to mark her upcoming birthday--with her former Fox News co-worker and friend Janice Dean at the Antonucci restaurant in New York.

Afterwards, Kelly and Dean were seen posing for selfies together in the snow, as Daily Mail photos showed. Dean later shared one of their photos on Instagram with the caption, "'#girlfriends #birthday #snow." As they left the restaurant, Kelly and Dean yelled "I love you" to one another before the ousted NBC star rode away in her chauffeur-driven car. But that wasn't all of suddenly-out-of-work Kelly's pre-birthday celebrations.

On Friday, she met several BFFs at a winery in the Hamptons, as Daily Mail reported. They all had a blast at the Wölffer Estate Vineyard in Sagaponack, New York, for about three hours.

They stayed at a local hotel and got coffee at a cafe. As RadarOnline.com previously reported, last Saturday, Kelly and her husband Dougas Brunt attended the Broadway show "Network" —an ironic choice considering her messy ouster from NBC!

The play based on the popular book and 1976 movie tells the story of a television anchor about to lose his job due to low ratings. It's up in the air if Kelly will land anywhere else on TV, as there was more besides her blackface scandal that led to her NBC end.

She also got terrible ratings and was allegedly ostracized by other news personalities. Negotiations reportedly are continuing over her money exit from NBC. She had signed a whopping $69 million contract with the network.

Kelly reportedly is refusing to sign a non-disclosure agreement with NBC, Meanwhile, Monster Oscar winner Charlize Theron, 43, is playing Kelly in an upcoming film about the disgraced Fox News chairman Roger Ailes, who got into a sexual harassment scandal which ended his career a year before his death. Former Fox News anchors Kelly and Gretchen Carlson (who will be played by Nicole Kidman in the movie), were among the employees who publicly accused Ailes of being a pervert in the workplace.

Weeks before her NBC show's disastrous conclusion, Kelly admitted she was worried about Theron portraying her in the Ailes biopic.

"It’s truly an honor to find out that Charlize Theron is playing you in a movie, but I also am a little scared because … I consider that particular chapter of my life hallowed ground," she told Us Weekly. But as her big birthday weekend shows, Kelly is determined to celebrate her own life in style!
