Jennifer Garner's new boyfriend John Miller scored big in his just-finalized divorce from wife Caroline Campbell, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned. According to Los Angeles County Superior Court documents obtained by Radar, a judge signed off on the case between Miller, 40, and Campbell, 38, who have a son, 12, and a daughter, 10, on Tuesday, November 13.
They've divorced after 13 years of marriage and the legal papers have revealed that CaliGroup CEO Miller is financially off the hook, as violinist Campbell is not getting anything, except whatever she earned or already owned. Miller will not have to pay spousal support, as the docs state, "John and Caroline waive any and all rights to spousal support. The Courts jurisdiction over the issue of spousal support is forever terminated with respect to either party. No Court shall have jurisdiction to order spousal support to JOHN or to CAROLINE. The Court finds both Parties have income and assets sufficient to meet their reasonable needs and maintain the marital standard of living."
They will share custody of their two kids. Miller will pay child support, but also will keep ALL of the all of the money and rights to his investments from various businesses all over the world, and also all of the intellectual property. The kids will get all of their education paid for until they are 30 years old, which will be through the Trust that will be set up. Miller will take care of tuition and medical and other health costs for the kids, while she will take care of their
education in music and other creative arts.
Both parents have to ask for the other's permission if the kids will stay overnight with anyone who is not family, as the legal docs said. Miller filed for divorce on June 29, 2011 citing "irreconcilable differences."
The divorce, according to the court papers, appeared amicable and Campbell didn't ask for detailed accounting of Miller's assets, properties, and investments.
The legal docs show that Miller will get to keep all of his business interests, including stock, options, convertible notes, warrants for including Caliburger (aka "Cali Group"), a Philippines company called Abuna, IPS, Super League Gaming (based in Delaware), ProPacks (Delaware), Miso Robotics (Delaware), Kitchen Uniter, Miller Investment Partnership I, Miller Investment Partnership II, and other assets.
Campbell, an accomplished concert violinist, gets to keep intellectual property for her music, clothing, furniture, jewelry, bank accounts that are already under her name, and 2017 Range Rover, the docs state.
As Radar readers know, news broke in October that Garner, 46, and Miller had been quietly dating for several months but he was still officially a married man.
The actress recently got her divorce finalized from Ben Affleck, 46, three years after they had split up.
In August, Garner had performed an intervention on Affleck as he returned to rehab and she remains close to her ex for the sake of their three children.
