Ariana Grande 'Vows To Stay Single' After Calling Off Engagement To Pete Davidson

Ariana Grande has vowed to stay single after calling off her engagement to Pete Davidson following the shocking overdose death of her ex-boyfriend Mac Miller, RadarOnline.com has learned.

The singer, 25, recently announced her 2019 concert tour dates and is determined to focus on work instead of romance, a source exclusively told RadarOnline.com.

"The past couple of years have been incredibly difficult for Ariana and she rushed into the engagement with Pete," the source told RadarOnline.com.

"It wasn’t an easy breakup and she doesn’t want to date anyone for a while so she can focus on herself instead."

As RadarOnline.com has reported, Grande recently delighted her fans by posting her "Sweetener" tour dates on social media.

The tour begins next year on March 18 in Albany, New York and will conclude June 18 at Madison Square Garden.

"She’s excited to get on tour and throw herself into her music," the source told RadarOnline.com.

"Ariana is still working through a lot of stuff and she needs to do that without getting serious with anyone else."

As RadarOnline.com readers know, Grande recently called off her engagement to Saturday Night Live comedian Davidson, 24.

The bitter breakup followed Grande's torment over the Manchester Arena bombing at her concert in May 2017, which killed 22 people and injured 800-plus.

According to sources, Miller being found dead at his home on September 7, 2018 put too much pressure on her relationship with Davidson.

The rapper's cause of death was ruled an accidental overdose. The Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner said that, Miller, 26, passed away from “mixed drug toxicity,” that included “fentanyl, cocaine and ethanol.”

Grande posted a touching Instagram message about Miller after his death, saying she was both devastated and angry that he wasn't able to overcome his demons.

Her split from Davidson was messy and Grande played hardball with him, kicking him out of her $16 million NYC pad and blocking his number, a source told RadarOnline.com.

"She hasn’t been single for a long time and needs to clear her head, so she’s decided to take a break from the dating scene for the foreseeable future," the insider confided.

Grande responded to a fan on Twitter about her concert dates, writing that she was emotionally "ready" to return to touring.
