Alicia Silverstone has reached a divorce settlement with her husband Chris Jarecki just before the holidays, The Blast has reported.
According to court records obtained by the website, the final judgment package between the Clueless star and her rocker ex was signed by their private judge and entered into the divorce case by Silverstone on November 16.
The actress, 42, reportedly needed the help of a private judge after she wrangled with Jarecki, also 42 and the father of her son Bear, 7, over many issues.
RadarOnline.com previously learned that Silverstone filed for divorce in May—and legal papers revealed that the estranged couple had a premarital agreement that was signed on June 6, 2005.
They were married for 11 years and Silverstone announced their split in February.
Back then, the star's rep said in a statement, "They still deeply love and respect each other and remain very close friends but have mutually decided to separate after being together for 20 years. They have a son together who they will continue to co-parent."
