RadarOnline.com has exclusively obtained a shocking video of double killer Scott Peterson secretly recorded and smuggled out from behind the walls of California’s notorious San Quentin prison, where he sits on death row.

Peterson is seen cracking jokes alongside another inmate just before a meeting of the prison’s East Block Advisory Council.

Peterson serves the group as a representative assigned to hear inmate complaints, an inside source told RadarOnline.com.

Wearing a blue prison shirt and dark pants, the chatty 45-year-old grins throughout the video and doesn’t seem to have a care in the world.

As RadarOnline.com reported, Peterson has languished on death row since 2005 for slaughtering Laci and the couple’s unborn son, Conner, in 2002.

Their remains washed ashore in April 2003, prompting his arrest.
