Mandy Moore’s ex-husband Ryan Adams is going after the actress in a disturbing series of online attacks.

“You can only get so low before you quit,” the singer-songwriter tweeted on Oct. 10. “I can’t see the waterline lately. This sucks.”

Adams, 43, then slammed 34-year-old Moore, who he married to for almost six years before their relationship ended in divorce in 2016, in another tweet.

“Sometimes you get stuck to the spiritual equivalent of a soggy piece of cardboard,” he wrote. “But it rains on net-a-porter every day when you’re trapped inside yourself. Take the money. I’ll take my pride, an day.”

Adams then took aim at their wedding day and marriage.

“When someone told me we got married I thought they were joking,” he tweeted on Oct. 11. “Then I realized how many painkillers I was taking. Honestly there weren’t enough to numb the shock.”

Adams admitted the depth of his suffering during his bizarre rant. “I am in pain. It’s real,” he tweeted. “People will leave you and your life will fall into total chaos.”

He also complained he felt “abandoned like a pile of bones” and it felt “like it never mattered.”

As RadarOnline.com reported, Moore admitted her life with Adams became miserable.

“It was a few years of just unhappiness,” she recalled in a 2017 interview. “I was so confused and spread thin and stressed.”

She’s since found happiness with her new boyfriend, Dawes frontman Taylor Goldsmith, 33.

We fell in love before we’d ever really held hands or kissed or anything!” gushed Moore. “I feel incredibly lucky to have someone who is just like ‘I got your back.'”
