Teresa Giudice shocked fans at the New Jersey Ultimate Women's Expo on Sunday by admitting she got brand new breast implants!

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star, 46, has a lot of heavy things going on in her life as her husband Joe could soon be deported after his prison stint -- and her dad Giacinto Gorga has been hospitalized.

But Teresa took time out from visiting her ailing father in the hospital on October 28 to address the predominantly female crowd at the Expo.

Teresa told the audience how much she enjoys staying fit, saying, "I love it."

She added, "As a matter of fact, I just got my breasts redone. Remember Season 1 of RHONJ when I had my breasts done? So I just changed out my implants and the doctor is here, his name is Dr. Barry DiBernardo."

Teresa revealed she hadn't "worked out in four or five weeks" since getting the new implants.

But she just started exercising again "this past week," the Bravo star said.

Dr. DiBernardo, who also appeared at the Expo event, had "told me I couldn't work out for four weeks. So I'm jones-ing so bad because I really want to get back into it and start feeling like -- I don't feel right," Teresa said.

"When I work out and I eat right, it's like it's amazing how good you feel."

She also feels much better with bigger breasts! In 2010, Giudice told Steppin' Out magazine after getting the original implants, "I'm much more confident with my body now."

Teresa said back then that she never minded her "little boobies," until she had four kids by husband Joe.

"I was an A-cup, and I liked them. They were perky. I didn't mind being small. But after I breast fed, they looked different. I looked at them and went, Ewwwwww. They were deflated. I was just a big nipple."

Teresa told the magazine eight years ago that to wear a swimsuit, "I always had to get padded tops! I never liked how I looked in bathing suits. I never wanted to put lingerie on. I feel you need boobs for lingerie."

After she had surgery, "my dad said, 'You should have just gotten them done when you were 18 and not told me.' I was like, 'WHAT?!'"

As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, Teresa Giudice's father Giacinto went to the hospital this weekend in a serious health crisis.

At the Ultimate Women's Expo, Teresa filled in fans on her dad's condition.

"He has pneumonia but thank God we caught it in time, and he's recovering. He had a really bad nose bleed and it wouldn't stop. So I had to rush him to the hospital right away," she said.

The sad news comes after RadarOnline.com had exclusively reported on Wednesday, October 10, that an immigration judge ruled that Teresa's husband Joe, 46, was ordered to be deported from the United States to his native Italy after completing his prison sentence for fraud.

Joe has until November 9 to file an appeal.

But until then, Teresa sees no reason to pass up personal appearances!
