Two days after a limo crash resulted in the deaths of 20 innocent people, RadarOnline.com has learned a shocking new detail about the unqualified driver.
Governor Andrew Cuomo, 60, told reporters this Monday that the man did not have an appropriate license to be operating the limousine, and the car itself failed an inspection last month, making it unfit to be on the road.
