Kanye West has escaped his controversial White House appearance by heading to Africa.

And The Blast website has reported that the wealthy musician has rented out an entire luxury resort for his family so that he can record some new music.

West, 41, is currently on a week-long vacay at the Chobe Safari Lodge five star on the banks of the Nile River.

During his rant before President Trump he spoke about recording in nature and that's just what he is doing now.

Because he has set-up an outside dome in the middle of the African plains to do just that.

Meanwhile, Kim Kardashian, North and Saint, will be using the facilities at the Lodge which sits in the middle of Chobe National Park and boasts a wide array of wildlife plus different safari tours including a trip to the nearby Murchison Falls.

The resort has 36 guest rooms, 21 luxury tents, 4 suites plus a large swimming pool and spa all facing the Nile.

It is understood that Kanye and his family are staying in the resort's Presidential cottage.

West's appearance at the White House and pro-Trump speech caused outrage among many of his fans amid claims that he suffered another meltdown.
