Kanye West has been shocking fans with his rants and other bizarre behavior — and his reality TV star wife is not only “horrified,” but scared for her safety, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.
With West’s controversial statements infuriating the public, Kim Kardashian “has been getting threats,” a source told RadarOnline.com of the mother of three, 37. “It has come to the point where she feels unsafe and fears for her safety and that of the kids.”
The source confirmed West has refused to take medication, leaving Kardashian feeling frustrated and powerless. (Though he once admitted he suffers from bipolar disorder, he now claims he was misdiagnosed with the mental illness.)
Now, the couple’s marriage of four years is “extremely strained,” the source insisted.
As RadarOnline.com reported in August, Kardashian was so troubled by her husband’s behavior, she threatened to divorce him if he didn’t apologize to fans.

But the rapper, 41, hasn’t been doing any apologizing lately.
“She just cannot handle another breakdown,” an insider said.
