Last month, Busy Philipps first revealed to her fans that she had been raped at just 14 years old. Now, in her no-holds-barred new memoir, the brave actress is telling all about the horrific attack that left her bloodied, bruised and still traumatized decades later.

In This Will Only Hurt a Little, out October 16, the now 39-year-old mother of two claimed she was sexually assaulted by a 17-year-old high school classmate in the backseat of his SUV, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.

"As soon as he got in and closed the door, he was straight up on top of me," she recalled. "He weighed so much and was pushing me down so hard, into the carpet of his car."

Though she claimed she remained silent out of shock and fear, she said she was thinking, "You're tearing my vagina open…you are ripping the skin off my back and I can't breathe!"

She said she was left bleeding and in horrific pain in the aftermath of the assault, but didn't tell her parents.

Philipps said she began cutting herself, so her confused mother sent her to group therapy for troubled teen girls. Even in counseling, she refused to admit what had happened.

Years later, Philipps claimed she still suffers flashbacks and night terrors.

The star also described another terrifying incident as a teen in her book.

As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, Philipps also claimed she was physically attacked by Freaks and Geeks costar James Franco while filming a scene for the 1999 TV show.

"He grabbed both my arms and screamed in my face, 'DON'T EVER TOUCH ME AGAIN!'" she wrote. "And he threw me to the ground. Flat on my back. Wind knocked out of me."
