Scissor Sisters frontman Jake Shears has claimed he was sexually abused by a gay ghost — until he performed an exorcism to get rid of the mysterious spirit.
During a bizarre interview with Q Magazine, the 39-year-old musician said he was sleeping in his New Orleans pad when he was twice woken up with sleep paralysis as a horny specter groped his body.
The singer’s first paranormal experience came when he felt a human knee behind him and an arm sliding around his torso. Soon, ghost fingers began to play with his left nipple.
Shears claimed that one night, he lay completely frozen on his stomach as the homosexual ghoul straddled him and pushed his back into the mattress.
“It was a gay ghost,” said the singer. “It was a sexual thing, it was real, because if my own head did that...? Then I have truly lost my mind.”
To get rid of the spirit, Shears visited a voodoo shop in New Orleans and was advised to burn “exorcism sticks” and tell his sex-pest: “I love you, but I'm not what you're looking for, stay away.”
The Arizona native — who came out to his parents at age 15 and who previously dated director Chris Moukarbel — claims that after he performed his DIY exorcism, the gay ghoul disappeared like a puff of smoke!
