Serial philanderer Matt Lauer was caught out cheating with a Today show co-star — by his wife, sources say!

Multiple sources confirmed Matt even carried on the relationship with the leggy beauty — an award-winning household name familiar to millions across the nation — after his divorce.
"Matt's first wife, Nancy Alspaugh, found out about him and the other woman when he was working on a different show in the '80s," snitched a source.
"Nancy was stunned — especially because they were all friends at the time!"
According to insiders, Nancy — an Emmy-nominated TV writer and producer — told pals she suspected Matt
was cheating with other women as well.
But her horndog husband did little to hide his tawdry affair.
"Their relationship was an open secret among all their friends and colleagues," the source added.
Nancy filed for divorce after six years of marriage in 1988, and Matt continued seeing his former mistress — who also ended up working at NBC alongside him!
Although monstrous Matt remarried, his sleazy ways never stopped.
As RadarOnline.com has reported, Matt's cheating haunted his marriage to second wife, former model Annette Roque — with whom he has children Jack, 17, Romy, 14, and Thijs, 11.
Even before their 1998 wedding he had an affair with Jessica Thorman, a married Florida woman.
Matt, 60, also became smitten with "Modern Family" beauty Julie Bowen, and rumors have surrounded him and former Today intern Jenna Wolfe and longtime co-host Katie Couric — who said he pinched her bottom!
As RadarOnline.com recently revealed, Matt is already engaged in a new romance with a hot young blonde outside of the TV business, even as Annette seeks revenge with a massive divorce settlement.

Ironically, Matt went crawling back to first wife Nancy after his career came crashing down!
