Bonny Lee Bakley’s Daughter Tells All: Says Robert Blake Killed Mom Despite Acquittal

"I'm terrified of Robert Blake — because I KNOW he was responsible for killing my mother!”

Those are the damning words of Holly Gawron, who spoke to RadarOnline.com while visiting the grave of her slain mother — Blake’s second wife, Bonny Lee Bakley — for the first time since she was gunned down 17 years ago!

Grieving Holly confessed she was petrified to return to her mother’s final resting place because she feared running into the 84-year-old actor.

“I don’t want to provoke him in any way,” admitted Holly, 37.

Bonny, 44, and the “Baretta” star were locked in a turbulent marriage when she was shot twice in the head and shoulder while sitting in a car outside Vitello’s — the couple’s favorite Italian restaurant — in Studio City, Calif., on May 4, 2001.

Blake was charged with the brutal execution. Although he was acquitted of the murder charges, the “In Cold Blood” star was later held liable for Bonny’s wrongful death in a civil action.

Sources told RadarOnline.com exclusively Blake had allegedly hired three hit men to rid himself of his conniving wife — a con artist who sold raunchy photos of herself in sleazy swinger’s magazines and had been married nine times!

Holly traveled from her home in the southeastern U.S. to Forest Lawn cemetery in Los Angeles, and on Aug. 12, she tearfully laid a bouquet of flowers on her mother’s long-forgotten grave.

She also visited the crime scene outside Vitello’s and laid a rose on the spot where her mother died — which is just ten minutes from Blake’s home!

Besides her belief he cheated justice for her mother’s murder, Holly despises Blake for exercising his legal right as Bonny’s husband to ensure she was buried in California instead of near her family in the southeastern U.S.

“My aunt was fighting to have my mother buried near us, but because she was HIS wife, he had all the rights to her body and buried her in L.A.,” a bitter Holly told RadarOnline.com.
