No Charges! Marilyn Manson Sexual Assault Will Not Be Prosecuted

Goth rocker Marilyn Manson, who enjoys a reputation for shocking his fans, is off the hook in a sexual abuse case, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively – But only because time has run out!
According to documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Manson, whose real name is Brian Warner, was accused of sexually abusing a woman he knew on Oct. 25, 2011.
The Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department-West Hollywood Division presented charges to prosecutors concerning the alleged 2011 incident, which included rape of an unconscious person, battery and assault with a deadly weapon.
But according to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, the district attorneys newly created sexual assault task force declined the case because too much time has passed since the alleged incidents.
“Statues of limitations for potential criminal charges have expired,” the documents state. “Sexual assault charge cannot be filed due to absence of corroboration.
This doesn’t mean Manson, 49, is not guilty of a crime, just that time has run out for his accuser to press charges.

The Sex Assault Task Force also declined to press charges on producer and filmmaker Murray Miller, fitness entrepreneur Michael Torchia, and ASAP Bari, the co-founder of ASAP Mob and streetwear clothing VLONE, whose real name is Jabari Shelton.
