Lisa Marie’s Victory! Judge Rules Presley Does Not Have To Pay Ex Spousal Support
Lisa Marie Presley has won a nasty court battle with her ex-husband Michael Lockwood, RadarOnline.com can confirm.
After Lockwood, 57, tried to get the court to toss out the couple’s 2007 post-nuptial agreement, a judge ruled that the contract is indeed valid — meaning Elvis’ famous daughter, 50, will not have to pay her former husband a dime in spousal support.
“Both parties, and their counsel, acknowledged in the agreement that neither had obtained any unfair advantage as a result of the agreement,” Judge Dianna Gould-Saltman wrote in the August 17 filing. “While that mere statement, alone, is not dispositive, the statement, coupled with the actions of both parties and their counsel, support that the presumption of undue influence did not arise.”
“The Court finds that the post-nuptial agreement signed by the parties November 28, 2007 us valid and enforceable in whole.”

Lockwood, the father of Presley’s 9-year-old twin daughters, previously argued that he did not read the post-nup before signing, and that he has “negative net worth” after dedicating himself to Presley’s career.
However, Presley testified that her ex stole “millions” from her during their ten-year marriage.
