Kevin Spacey's Billionaire Boys Club Completely Tanks At The Box Office
Kevin Spacey's latest movie has 'flatlined' at the box office.
It took in an all time low of $126 on it's opening night according toThe Hollywood Reporter.
'The Billionaire's Boys Club' was released in only eight cinemas after its its video-on-demand release last month.
The true crime drama about an 1980's get-rich-quick scheme gone wrong has proved a financial disaster.
It is the last film Spacey, 59, made before sexual harassment and assault allegations against the actor came to light in October.
Distribution company Vertical Entertainment released a statement in June about its decision to release the film: "This is neither an easy nor insensitive decision to release this film in theaters, but we believe in giving the cast, as well as hundreds of crew members who worked hard on the film, the chance to see their final product reach audiences."
Actor Anthony Rapp was one of the first actors to accuse Spacey of sexual misconduct.
