Allison Mack Free To Attend School, Church, Judge Rules: She’s Headed To College!

Allison Mack is free to attend school and church while she’s under house arrest in California, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.

The judge overseeing the Smallville star’s sex cult case signed off on her request to modify her house detention on Aug. 17. Now, a source spilled to RadarOnline.com that the alleged slave master plans to attend classes at a college in Southern California.

“Allison has been given permission by the prosecution to take classes – philosophy, literature – at a local junior college,” an insider behind the scenes of the decision told RadarOnline.com.

According to paperwork obtained by RadarOnline.com, the judge made it clear that while Mack’s modifications to her bail conditions have been approved, “all other conditions of bail remain in full force."

She will continue wearing the court-ordered GPS ankle device strapped to her when she posted a $5 million bond in March.

“They will be monitoring her whereabouts and know the exact times she leaves and comes back,” said the insider.

As RadarOnline.com reported, the former CW star must also submit to random police visits and she is only permitted to use a telephone to make and receive phone calls agreed to by the government.”

The dramatic revelation will come as a shock to Mack’s former alleged slaves, who just last week feared that her request would be approved. A source told RadarOnline.com Mack’s limited release could be “dangerous.”

“It’s going to spook her former slaves who are just starting to get comfortable being out of the cult,” a source previously told RadarOnline.com. “It’s more than ridiculous, it is dangerous. You’re innocent until proven guilty, but these are charges that could bring a life sentence. Allison should really be sitting in prison.”

The troubled star was arrested in April with NXIVM leader Keith Raniere after the two were accused of coercing women in joining the organization's sex slave ring known as DOS. DOS has been accused of blackmailing, abusing, starving and threatening women.

According to the source, the 36-year-old star should begin the college courses in a week.

Both Mack and Raniere face between 15 years to life behind bars if convicted. The insider added that despite the severe charges against her, the Mack's family is sticking by her side.
