Comeback In Crisis! Ex-'Idol' Star Paula Abdul Struggles To Sell Tour Seats

Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

Paula Abdul is embarking on her first solo tour in 25 years this fall — hitting up 26 cities across North America! However, the 56-year-old 90s pop sensation may want to rethink her comeback strategy.

RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned ticket sales for "Straight Up Paula!" have headed straight down.

Tickets first went on the market on July 13 for the tour, which launches in October at the Mayo Performing Arts Center in Morristown, New Jersey.

Although the venue holds 1,302 people, there are nearly 900 seats still available for Abdul's opening night!

But it isn't just the East Coast that's not buying what Abdul's selling.

For one of Abdul's final shows in Las Vegas on November 10, less than one-quarter of the seats in the massive Ballroom at Red Rock Casino Resort Spa are reserved.

Despite the sluggish demand, there is still hope for Abdul!

According to Ticket Master, the iconic singer, who gained a ton of fans as a judge on American Idol, has nearly sold out several venues, including her October 6 show in Ontario, as well as the following night's performance in New York.

Ticket prices for "Straight Up Paula!" average from $69 to $119.

In 2017, Abdul Paula toured with New Kids On The Block and Boyz II Men on the sold-out Total Package.
