Luann's Kids Demand Answers About 'Missing' $5 Million Trust Fund After Rehab Return

Luann de Lesseps is dealing with her addiction demons in rehab, but she has some serious drama to answer to once she returns home!

RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal de Lesseps’ children, Victoria, 23, and Noel, 21, are demanding to know where $5 million went from the sale of their Bridgehampton, New York mansion.

As RadarOnline.com reported, the kids and ex-husband Count Alexandre sued her for allegedly violating the former couple’s 2009 divorce agreement.

They claim she never set up a trust for the kids with money from the sale of their Bridgehampton home, and instead bought a new home in Sag Harbor, which she also sold  — and now her family is asking a judge to block her from offloading the property.

Court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com state her adult children would be funded with half the interest in the home but according to the filing  — she never did.

The three parties allege the reality star instead sold the Bridgehampton home for $8 million in 2014 and bought the Sag Harbor home for a little over $3 million, leaving $5 million.

Luann, 53, thought her stint in treatment would derail the issue, but a source tells RadarOnline.com exclusively her kids are not letting down. “Going to rehab has bought her some time, but Luann still has a lot of explaining to do to her family when she gets out,” an informant said.

After the Real Housewives of New York City star’s divorce from Count Alexandre, the source noted, “She sold the family Bridgehamptons home for $8 million and bought her new, much smaller, house in Sag Harbor for $3 million! So where is the missing $5 million? That’s what her kids want to know.”

An insider added: “She has been burning through money her ex-husband left the family because he wanted to look after his children as well as is ex-wife.”

And with her stint in rehab ending soon, de Lesseps just confirmed she’s returning to her cabaret show, #CountessAndFriends, sometime in August.

“She makes good money on her reality show and a little on her cabaret act,” said the source, “but it’s going to take her many, many years to make back the $5 million!”
