As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Luann is currently facing more legal trouble, after her ex-husband Alexandre and their two children, Victoria and Noel de Lesseps, sued the reality star over violating the couple’s divorce agreement.
According to documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Luann took possession of the couple’s Bridgehampton, NY, mansion in the split, and was supposed to set up a trust that the adult children would be funded with half the interest in the home. But according to the docs, she never did.
The three parties allege the reality star instead sold the Bridgehampton home for $8 million in 2014 and bought the Sag Harbor home for a little over $3 million.
The kids and their dad are asking a judge to block the Countess from selling the property.
