Luann Sued By Ex-Husband & Children Over Trust — See The Explosive Court Documents
Luann de Lesseps is facing more legal trouble after her ex-husband Alexandre and their two children, Victoria and Noel de Lesseps, sued the RHONY star over violating the couple’s divorce agreement.
According to documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Luann did not uphold her end of the divorce deal after they settled in 2009 after a 16-year marriage.

Luann took possession of the couple's Bridgehampton, NY, mansion in the split — but was supposed to set up a trust that the adult children would be funded with half the interest in the home, but according to the docs — she never did.
The three parties allege the reality star instead sold the Bridgehampton home for $8 million in 2014 and bought a $3.1 Sag Harbor, New York, home.
To make matters worse, according to the explosive documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Luann has now “threatened” to sell the Sag Harbor house “so that she may purchase, for herself, a luxury home in upstate New York."
The kids and their dad are asking a judge to block Luann from either offloading or getting a loan on the property.
If she fails to respond to the summoned or appear in court, a judgement will be made against her by default, according to the documents.
The news comes less than two weeks after the 53-year-old shockingly reunited with Alexandre and their children at her Sag Harbor home claiming she was celebrate six months of sobriety following her December 2017 arrest.

As RadarOnline.com reported, de Lesseps was arrested on Christmas Eve day, Dec. 24, in Palm Beach, Florida, early in the morning.
She allegedly attacked a police officer and In her drunken state, even told cops she would kill them!
After the news broke, the housewife checked into rehab, saying she was “truly embarrassed” about her trouble with the law.
