A gang of three athletic-looking women shocked shoppers and staff when they dashed into a Fresno, California Lululemon store this Sunday and stole $17,000 worth of yoga pants!
As RadarOnline.com has learned from Fresno Police surveillance footage, the criminals were dressed in athletic clothing and carried duffle bags when they entered the popular shop.
After posing as shoppers, the trio quickly headed towards the most expensive leggings, stuffed a total of 148 into their bags and dashed out, according to KFSN.
Customers and staffers watched in awe, unable to move or react to the bizarre robbery.
"For me, I was just shocked, and I froze," Christine Brown, a yoga instructor and shopper told the outlet. "I didn't know what to do. I didn't know if there was anything I could do." She added that everyone was in a "daze" and the manager was just trying to keep calm.
According to The Fresno Bee, the women are believed to be part of a larger gang responsible for having stolen over $145,000 in Lululemon products from its California stores.
Their robbery also mimicked that of other criminals in the San Francisco Bay Area, where at least 13 stores have been robbed in the past 12 days, according to ABC7.
