Demi Lovato is headed to rehab after her overdose nightmare, sources close to the situation reveal to RadarOnline.com exclusively.

Pals of the off-the-rails singer said Lovato, 25, will most certainly check herself into a treatment facility after she was rushed to the hospital on Tuesday, July 24, 2018 for a suspected overdose.

Friends made a panicked 9-1-1 call to desperately save her life, and the caller told the operator she was "unconscious" as the ambulance rushed to her Hollywood Hills home help her.

The pop star's family was not letting her out of their sight after she reached rock bottom, but the singer was "being cooperative with everyone around her right now."

A source said Lovato, who has struggled with demons since the tender age of 11, revealed "no one is surprised" about the horrific situation because of "how hard she was going towards the end."

The scary scenario put her career on hold. "Demi is not going to be doing any of her upcoming shows," dished the informant. "All of her team was informed that they are on an indefinite hiatus."

The star relapsed on drugs and alcohol after six years sober earlier this year, RadarOnline.com previously reported, admitting the relapse in her new song, "Sober."

"Demi relapsed about two months ago because she stopped the accountability portion of her recovery," one source told RadarOnline.com in June.

The source said she's been "off the rails" ever since.

The relapse comes after RadarOnline.com exclusively reported Lovato fired her longtime manager, and severed her close relationship with her rehab business partner, CAST Recovery Center founder Mike Bayer.

"She's completely dropped her family members, friends and everyone in the sober community, including all of the people at CAST," the source claimed. "And now she is cutting off her staff who have worked with her forever."

According to the source, when Lovato made contact with her L.A.-based circle of sober friends, they "suggested to her that she should get some help and go to rehab."

However, the star refused to check into treatment at the time.
