Caylee Anthony's Grave Site On Sale For $40K — Advertised As 'Wooded Paradise'

The grave site where Casey Anthony's murdered toddler Caylee's skeletal remains were found is on the market for a whopping $40,000, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.

In 2008, investigators found Caylee's body thrown inside of a garbage bag in the swampy area in Orlando, Florida. Now, RadarOnline.com has uncovered the shocking listing for the eerie location, which falsely advertises the plot of land as a "wooded paradise."

According to the listing, the land is half an acre in size near an elementary school.

RadarOnline.com spoke to the broker in charge of selling the listing, who confirmed the murdered tot's body was found on the land.

"She was right on the edge of the property," the broker revealed. "It's triangular, and she was at the triangular point."

Still, the listing suggests the abandoned grave site provides a place for relaxation and enjoyment.

"This property is breathtaking and in a peaceful private setting," the listing states.

Sarasota resident Walter Goodnough previously told RadarOnline.com that he and his wife, Jeanine, have visited the grave site ever since Casey Anthony's trial began. The couple has left a total of four crosses in Caylee's honor as a way to honor her life – all of which he believes may have been stolen by Caylee's grandparents, Cindy and George Anthony.

Goodnough last visited the site in February or March of this year, he told RadarOnline.com. At the time, he found tires thrown onto the property "within 100 feet of where Caylee was found." He added that the area appears overgrown with knocked down trees left from a 2017 hurricane that swept the area.

The realtor's listing describes the location as "believed to be build-able!" Goodnough, however, claimed to RadarOnline.com that when it rains, "it fills up with water."

"Nobody's taking care of it," the Sarasota resident claimed. "You can't build on it."
