United Airlines is under fire — again!

This Friday, the company apologized to the passengers of flight 4689 after hearing complaints about an allegedly boozed-up or high flight attendant.

“Thanks United, for a terrifying flight! Drunk or stoned stewardess endangered everybody’s lives,” tweeted a passenger after exiting the plane.

“Boarding announcements were ‘if your seatbelt isn’t fastened, you f***ed up,’” he added.

According to reports, the flight attendant seemed so inebriated while walking addressing passengers that the concerned individual alerted the pilot about her “out of control” behavior.

The plane took off from Denver and landed safely in North Dakota, where police were waiting for the stewardess.

“We are aware of a concerning incident involving a flight attendant serving on our regional service provider Trans States Airlines flight 4689,” wrote United Airlines in a statement obtained by PEOPLE following the incident. “As a gesture of goodwill, we have compensated all customers aboard the flight and we apologize for any inconvenience or distress this may have caused.”

The staffer is being “held out of service” as investigators look into the case.

As readers know, the airline previously received harsh criticism when a flight attendant forced a woman to store her dog inside an overhead bin, and the puppy died.
