Magnificent Meghan! Prince Harry Hails His American Wife At Star Studded Reception

Prince Harry hailed his new bride Meghan Markle at their wedding reception before a star-studded audience in Windsor.

The new bride negotiated a tough week after it emerged that her father Thomas Markle Sr was not going to walk her down the aisle.

He praised her during his speech telling the assembled guests: " She navigated everything with such grace - we make such a great team."

He then turned to the bride and told her: "I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you."

The new bride – wearing a stunning Stella McCartney dress – also broke with tradition by giving a speech.

She told the audience that she was 'proud to be a feminist' and revealed she was keen to carry out her royal duties and promote social justice.

Meghan looked sensational in her slinky and sexy white halter dress with an open back teamed with matching cream heels.

There were reports that actor Idris Elba acted as a DJ while the guests danced the night away at historic Frogmore House to celebrate the newly weds.

House Music was played by DJ Sam Totolee as the guests ate candyfloss and 'dirty burgers' washed down with special cocktails.

While Harry and Meghan's first dance is said to have been Whitney Houston's 'I Wanna Dance With Somebody'.

Celebrities like George Clooney and his wife Amal Clooney mixed with Serena Williams and David Beckham as a good time was had by all.

The newly weds are expected to take their honeymoon later this summer.
