Mac Miller Released From Jail Following DUI, Hit & Run Arrest

Mac Miller has been released from the San Fernando Valley jail after he was booked for driving under the influence and fleeing the scene of a crash, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

In booking information obtained by Radar, Miller, whose real name is Malcolm James McCormick, was bailed out at 9:24 a.m pacific time, 12:25 p.m. eastern. His bail was set at $15,000.

"Mac Miller was taken into custody for misdemeanor hit and run DUI," a spokesperson for the LAPD told Radar.

"He was in the area of Fireman road near Oakdale Lane when he ran off the road and struck an electrical pole causing the power to go down in the area."

Miller, 26, had been driving with two passengers at the time in his 2016 G-Wagon Mercedes when he left the scene of the crash by foot. Police tracked the plates and apprehended him at his address in North Hollywood.

A week prior, Miller and Ariana Grande announced their split following two years of dating.
