Jack Osbourne is speaking out after his shocking split from wife Lisa.

The reality TV star, 32, who grew up on his dad Ozzy and mom Sharon's family show The Osbournes, took to Instagram after news broke that Lisa, 31, had filed for divorce on Friday.

It's no ordinary breakup as Lisa has been married to Jack for only six years and just gave birth to their third daughter in February!

Both of them posted the same statement on their respective Instagram accounts, which read that they had tried "everything" to make their relationship work, but have realized they're better off as co-parents and friends.

"So the news about us separating has probably come as a bit of a shock to everyone," Jack and Lisa wrote. "But, we just want to clear the air and share with you what’s going on. So, first and foremost, we absolutely still love each other.

"Our family is the most important thing in our lives and we tried everything we could for many years to make this work."

The statement from Jack and Lisa continued that they are still on great terms and are now committed to bringing up their three daughters together.

"What’s best for our family now is that we separate lovingly, and remain best friends who are committed to raising our children together.

"We had 7 beautiful years of being a couple, filled with the most amazing moments and we will be eternally grateful to one another for that. We also have 3 wonderful children who we cherish more than anything.

"We are disappointed but feel confident that we will continue to grow our relationship as co-parents and best friends. Lots of love, Jack and Lisa."

The two, who are already parents to daughters Pearl, 6, and Andy, 3, welcomed daughter Minnie Theodora in early February.

RadarOnline.com exclusively learned the split details from Los Angeles Superior Court papers.

Lisa, 30, a professional cake decorator, filed divorce documents on Friday, May 18, 2018, citing "irreconcilable differences."

She noted their separation date as May 4, 2018. Lisa asked the judge for joint legal and physical custody of their three children, according to the documents obtained by RadarOnline.com. Jack’s wife also asked the judge for spousal support and to have him pay for her legal fees.

Due to the sudden split, Lisa noted that the couple would determine their joint assets at a later date.

Jack and Lisa wed in Hawaii in 2012 after she'd given birth to their first girl, Pearl. But reality star Jack's life as a new dad was hard as not long after the birth, he was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.

He talked about his health battle to raise awareness about MS when he competed on Dancing with the Stars in 2013.

Lisa helped Jack enormously through his rough medical patch, according to US Weekly sources.

"Lisa makes sure he’s healthy – eating right and exercising," a family friend told the magazine in happier days.

Jack posted a sweet tribute to Lisa on Mother's Day last weekend, but now they've split on the heels of welcoming third daughter Minnie.

Months ago, Jack wrote on social media with a cute photo of the baby, "Hey everyone meet Minnie! She’s the newest member of my girls only squad. (andy stole the “i” from inch) #girlsrule #playerscurse #happydaddy."
