Tyler Baltierra's sister Amber introduced her boyfriend Billy Wade Elkins Jr. on a recent episode of Teen Mom OG. After he showed off his ankle monitor, RadarOnline.com can reveal exclusive details on his past arrests.
On the episode, Billy explained how he got out of jail 10 days before the scene was filmed.
"I'm on a leash… I just need to make sure it's charged," he said of his ankle monitor, as Amber added, "Billy has to wear it for six months until he has to go back to court."

Billy was arrested and charged with one count of delivery/manufacture of a controlled substance for the March 14, 2017 offense.
"Billy did deliver less than 50 grams of a mixture containing the controlled substance cocaine," court papers obtained from Third Judicial Circuit Court of Wayne County in Michigan read.
He was charged with a second count of delivery/manufacture of cocaine for the offense that took place on March 15, 2017.
Then he was charged with delivery/manufacture of cocaine, possession of firearm by a felon and weapons felony firearm stemming from a March 16, 2017 offense.
He pled guilty to the March 14 offense and to the first two counts of the March 16 offense, while the third count was dismissed as part of a plea deal. The March 15, 2017 case was also dismissed in exchange for the deal.
He was sentenced to two years probation and six months with a GPS tracker for the March 14 and March 16 cases, which are to be served concurrently.
Back on July 28, 2014, Billy was arrested for breaking and entering a building with intent, and larceny in a building.
"Billy did break and enter A Church's Chicken with the intent to commit the crime of larceny," the court papers read. "Did commit the crime of larceny in A Church's Chicken by stealing safe and its contents."
He pled guilty to the first charge, while the second was dismissed. He was sentenced to five years of probation.
Starcasm was the first to report on his criminal past.
On the episode, Amber dropped the bombshell that they are "trying to get married" and are "trying to have babies."
A clerk for St. Clair County Court in Michigan exclusively confirmed to RadarOnline.com that Amber and Billy did apply for a marriage license.
Although the clerk could not confirm if the couple actually tied the knot, Amber insisted on Instagram that they eloped.
Amber isn't free from crime herself. RadarOnline.com exclusively reported she was arrested for drug/narcotic equipment and driving on a restricted license on April 10, 2013.
She pled guilty and was sentenced to 20 days in jail.
