Starcasm was the first to report on his criminal past.

On the episode, Amber dropped the bombshell that they are "trying to get married" and are "trying to have babies."

A clerk for St. Clair County Court in Michigan exclusively confirmed to RadarOnline.com that Amber and Billy did apply for a marriage license.

Although the clerk could not confirm if the couple actually tied the knot, Amber insisted on Instagram that they eloped.
