Tiger's Nightmare! Woods In Legal War With Ex-Girlfriend Over Her Silence
April 3 2018, Updated 12:24 p.m. ET
Tiger Woods and his ex-girlfriend Kristin Smith are currently in arbitration to settle a dispute over a bombshell non-disclosure agreement. RadarOnline.com can reveal exclusive details on the disgraced golfer's latest legal drama.
Reports claim Smith signed an NDA in exchange for money when he was allegedly busted cheating on her.
Despite signing the contract, Smith believes the NDA is not valid.
"This whole arbitration has made Kristin mad and he's just buying time in hopes for her silence," a source told RadarOnline.com. "When this is over if he doesn't get his way, Kristin will have a major story to tell."
The insider also alleged that Woods "is using photos of her to try to hurt her."
Woods was "very happy with Kristin" when they dated from 2015 to 2017.
"They laughed a lot and had fun together," the source said. "He was happy around her. They drank, but she was not into drugs from what I saw. She was very loving with him and his kids."
The insider added, "I never saw them fight, but things are bad between them now."

RadarOnline.com reported in November that Woods cheated on Smith with new girlfriend Erica Herman.
"Kristin suspected it, but he would always deny it by belittling Erica," a source close to Smith told RadarOnline.com. "Kristin eventually caught them together. It was a big mess."
Woods was busted cheating on his ex-wife Elin Nordegren in 2009. The National ENQUIRER reported that Woods had affairs with as many as 120 women during their five-year marriage.
A rep for Woods did not respond to RadarOnline.com's request for comment.
