Desperate Housewife! Sheree Whitfield Begged Judge To Let Prison Boyfriend Out Early
Desperate Housewife!
RHOA star Sheree Whitfield’s incarcerated boyfriend made another audacious attempt to get out of prison early and RadarOnline.com exclusively learned she wrote emails begging the judge to release him back to her!
Tyrone Gilliams was sentenced to 10 years behind bars for wire fraud after stealing $5million from several victims, but RadarOnline.com obtained brand new documents he filed with the court on April 16, 2018, stating he “intends to appeal” the denial for release that a judge just handed down on March 20, 2018.
U.S. District Judge Deborah A. Batts shut down Gilliams’ request for release in the March filing, claiming he offered no new evidence, as RadarOnline.com previously reported.
While Whitfield confessed her love for Gilliams on RHOA, court records obtained by RadarOnline.com also revealed that in February 2018 Gilliams was ordered to stop contacting the judge’s chambers directly after she received “emails sent on behalf of Mr. Gillam is by his purported girlfriend.”

He was also admonished for leaving “several voicemails” for the judge.
“It is inappropriate for the court to received ex parte communications directly from the Parties or their friends and family,” the court documents revealed.
During the season, Whitfield was arrogantly stating that she believed her boyfriend would be released early, but during the reunion show she failed to tell Andy Cohen that she had sent emails on his behalf, and instead said that she might not wait around for him if he wasn’t released soon.
He is currently incarcerated at a federal prison in Yazoo City, Mississippi, more than a six-hour drive from Whitfield’s native Atlanta.
