UPDATE: Judge allowed the mother Heather Christie to take son Everly to Vermont for spring break.

Anthony Kiedis is battling his model ex in court over custody of their young son, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.

The Red Hot Chili Peppers rocker is upset his baby mama, Heather Christie, wants to take Everly Bear, 10, to Vermont for his spring break with her current husband, an insider told RadarOnline.com.

"There will be an emergency hearing today at a Los Angeles courthouse,” the insider told RadarOnline.com.

Kiedis, 55, is also “concerned” that Christie will want to move to the east coast full time.

“He needed to have his lawyer go to court this morning to express those concerns as it relates to Everly's spring break," the source explained.

The singer and his ex split in 2008, one year after their son was born.

The former couple has joint custody of Everly.
