Disney star Adam Hicks could face up to 60 years behind bars after allegedly robbing up to five victims in California on Wednesday, RadarOnline.com has learned.
According to a news release provided by the Burbank Police Department, Hicks, 25, and his girlfriend, Danni Tamburo, 23, both of Burbank, were arrested on January 24 after being found in connection of a string of armed robberies, RadarOnline.com reported.
Hicks allegedly held a handgun up to a 52-year-old man in the early hours of January 24 and demanded his wallet, the release states. As police were investigating the first robbery, three additional street robberies took place “within minutes of each other,” according to the release.
The S.W.A.T team assisted in the arrest of Hicks and Tamburo after the couple was located inside a Burbank home. The former Zeke and Luther star appeared at the Burbank courthouse Friday morning. The Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office charged Hicks with three counts of attempted second-degree robbery and two counts of second-degree robbery. Tamburo was charged with the same five counts.

Hicks’ bail was raised from $350K to $550K, while Tamburo made bail Thursday night, Santiago said.
If the two are found guilty, Santiago told RadarOnline.com Hicks could face up to “more than 60 years” behind bars while Tamburo could face up to “more than 15 years.”
This is not Hicks’ first run-in with police. On July 8, 2017, the TV star was arrested for discharge of a firearm with gross negligence, Santiago said. A few months later, on September 11, 2017, Hicks was arrested for battery. However, no charges were filed for either arrest because of insufficient evidence.
Hicks and Tamburo are scheduled to appear in court on February 16 at 8:30 a.m.
