A horrifying drug overdose in Boston was captured on Facebook Live. RadarOnline.com can reveal that the disturbing video has been viewed more than 12 millions times.

In the shocking footage, two bystanders yell at a young woman and man after noticing them passed out inside their car.

"You gotta go," a man says.

The woman is seen slapping her friend in an apparent move to try to wake him up.

"Is he alright?" a man asks. "Get the needle off your lap."

Desperately, the woman yells, "Ian!" as she attempts to wake her friend up once again.

"I have Narcan in my trunk," she says, then rushes to get the opioid overdose treatment.

She is then seen giving him the Narcan and performing CPR, as the friend appears to return to consciousness.

Police officials were reportedly called to the horrifying scene, but no narcotics were found, and no arrests have been made.
