Charlie Sheen's ex Brooke Mueller has entered a plea for driving over the speed limit and not pulling over for police, RadarOnline.com has learned.
According to reports, the 39-year-old pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge on Wednesday, which was downgraded from a felony.
Heber City police said they attempted to stop Mueller from Park City on Jan. 13 as she was driving 20 miles per hour over the speed limit. She kept driving for 6 miles before stopping, claiming she didn't see the officer, police reported.
Meanwhile, the actress traded rehab for spending quality time with her sons in late January.
"She's still doing rehab but she's no longer inpatient," her half-sister Sydney Wolofsky told RadarOnline.com. "They thought it was the best for her."
"It was hard to manage with the boys," she explained, noting that her parents were caring for 7-year-old twins Bob and Max. "She still goes every day to an outpatient program at the same place and everything. She still has to do testing randomly and daily."
