Sofia Vergara and hubby Joe Manganiello's dream of having a baby together is finally coming true!
RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that the 44-year-old actress — who just celebrated her one-year anniversary with hunky hubby, Manganiello, 39, on Nov. 22 — told friends recently that their surrogate is pregnant!
According to one pal, "Sofia and Joe found the perfect surrogate in California. She is pregnant and is due this spring!"
"Sofia and Joe are so excited and beyond happy," the insider added. "They don't care if it is a boy or a girl, as long as the baby is healthy. Sofia is even already setting up the nursery!"
But as the Modern Family actress shares her happiness with friends, there is one person that clearly still wants to rain on her baby joy parade, Vergara's bitter ex, Nick Loeb, 41.
As RadarOnline.com reported, in 2013, Vergara revealed that she had frozen eggs in hopes of becoming a mother again. Since then, however, she has been locked in a nasty dispute with Loeb over the fate of their two frozen embryos.

In attempts to get full parental rights to implant the embryos in a surrogate himself, Loeb filed suit against Vergara on behalf of the embryos themselves, who he named Emma and Isabella.
According to reports, the lawsuit claims that the two embryos have been deprived of a trust that Loeb had previously created.
Do you think Nick should just let it go, or should he continue fighting Sofia Vergara to bring the embryos to life?
