Fighting For The Twins? Leah Messer Reveals Custody Bombshell With Ex-Husband Corey

Leah Messer is in a better place following a rehab stint for stress and depression, but is she ready to fight for her girls again? The Teen Mom 2 star exclusively revealed to RadarOnline.com if she’s filing for full custody of her twins with Corey Simms.
Messer, 25, lost custody of Ali and Aleeah, 7, in October 2015 because her ex accused her of dropping them off late to school. In January, she was given 50/50 custody of her daughters.
“Absolutely not,” she told RadarOnline.com of changing their agreement. “I think the way that it is right now is great. It works for both of the kids and us.”
Messer also explained how her co-parenting relationship with Simms, who accused her of drug use and slammed her parenting skills, has improved.
“We actually co-parent great,” she said of Simms and his wife Miranda. “We get along good. We’re in a very good place.”
As for her second baby daddy, Jeremy Calvert, she admitted that although they co-parent “pretty well,” she doesn’t see his fiancé Brooke Wehr “that often.”
She said of their engagement, “If they’re happy then I’m happy for them.”
Although Simms and Calvert have both moved on, Messer insisted she isn’t looking for a new man.
“Honestly, I’m just focusing on myself and the girls,” she said of dating. “That’s the only thing I’m working on.”
The new season of Teen Mom 2 premieres Monday, January 2 at 9/8c on MTV.
