Drinking Away The Competition! 'Top Chef' Hopeful's Past Drunken Arrest Revealed

RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal that the chef, 41, was arrested for driving while impaired - .15 in 2003.
A Cabarrus county clerk confirmed to RadarOnline.com that he pleaded not guilty, but the case records have been destroyed.
Lynch was later charged with operating a vehicle with no inspection and having an expired registration/card tag.
Most recently, he was charged with having no/expired registration and cancelled/revoked/suspended certificate/tag in March of 2016.
But, Lynch isn't the only Top Chef contestant with a boozy arrest under their belt!
RadarOnline.com exclusively reported that Annie Pettry was charged with possession of a malt beverage or unfortified wine before the age of 19/20 in 1997.
