The Teen Mom OG reunion turned physically violent when Amber Portwood attacked Farrah Abraham — and MTV caught the entire blowout on camera!
The drama started when Abraham's boyfriend Simon Saran defended his weekly Snapchat roasts, where he makes fun of his co-stars.
When Dr. Drew Pinsky said how he took it too far by calling Portwood's fiancé Matt Baier a "pedophile," Abraham responded, "I'm sorry that Matt probably looks like it!"
That's when Portwood stormed the stage and screamed, "F**k that f*****g b***h. Just because someone is 20 years older than you doesn't make them a pedophile. Shut your f*****g mouth. I'm going to stand up for my man."
Portwood then slapped Abraham across the face. When she continued to try to get passed the people blocking her, Abraham's father Michael came on stage to help hold her back.
But when Michael screamed at Portwood to stop, Baier slammed him to the ground!
"Both of the criminals will do s**t," Abraham fired. "Michael, do you want to call the police on the criminals? Because they have to visit jail."
When Portwood and Baier were escorted off stage, Maci Bookout and Catelynn Lowell helped calm her down.
Lowell screamed, "Trashy b***h!"
Once the fight ended, Dr. Drew continued his session with Abraham. Although he tried to remind her how Portwood had always supported her in the past, Abraham didn't care.
"They want to hit people they want to behave like criminals that's them," she said. "It's not like I'm here to hit people. She's crazy and I don't want her in my life and anyone else who associates with her in my life."
When Portwood, Bookout and Lowell joined the stage, Bookout complained how Abraham was allowed to leave while the other women were forced to stay. She even revealed how she had to give up her time slot because Abraham had a "b***h fit" about having to come in early.
"Farrah gets to leave whenever she wants," Bookout said. "I'm not going to be on Farrah's time anymore so if Farrah can leave when she wants to leave then we all leave."
The co-stars then walked off the stage together.
