Lindsay Lohan's stepmother Kate Major has denied accusations she drunkenly attacked a police officer in court.
According to Florida court documents exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com, Michael Lohan's estranged wife pled not guilty to the charges on November 7.
THE PROOF! READ THE COURT DOCUMENTS
On October 23, the 33-year-old mother of Michael's two young sons was arrested following a fight with her former husband over her alleged intoxication, Delray Beach news site WPBF reported.
When police were called to Michael's home, Kate allegedly threatened to throw a bag of ice at a cop, and kicked another officer in the leg.
She was charged with battery on an officer, disorderly intoxication and violation of probation.
She was previously arrested last November for an alcohol-induced meltdown on a flight. Though sources say she was on the path to sobriety, she clearly hit a major roadblock last month.
