A crazed Kanye West has been holed up at UCLA Medical Center for over a week now, and as the entire Keeping Up with the Kardashians clan tries their best to sugarcoat the dire situation, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that the father or two is continuing to cause major chaos in confinement.

According to a family insider, West's wife Kim Kardashian, 36 —who is still in hiding following her horrific robbery at gunpoint at the end of October — is "telling friends that Kanye is fine. But her sisters know that is not the case at all."

The truth, insist sources, is that the deranged rapper, 39, has been "resistant" to medical care, and even made "several scenes" inside the hospital.

"He won't allow doctors to do their job, and has been fighting with the medical staff non-stop," said source. "It is just making the situation that much worse."

"His non-compliance has become a major issue. It's gotten so bad that the staff wants to transfer him to another hospital."

"Needless to say, it is a very tense situation right now."

Kardashian, who sources say is still a "wreck" over her husband's scary crisis, is trying to convince doctors to let him recover at home. However, no one agrees that it's the right decision.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, West was rushed to the hospital on November 21 after suffering a bizarre mental breakdown at his trainer Harvey Pasternak's house in Los Angeles.

Despite the medical emergency, momager Kris Jenner is still demanding cameras capture the upcoming season of the clan's E! reality show. (The network confirmed that the family is filming.)
